The collar is very cute, easy to adjust and has a soft inner lining that seems comfortable to my cat. The clip will release with minimal pressure so there is no risk of your cat getting it stuck to something and choking itself, but is secure enough that it will not simply fall off during everyday wear :) The little bell was VERY securely attached, I had to use tools to remove it (I don't like to hear my kitty jingling) but if you do want a bell, I cant imagine any cat will be able to easily lose this one. My cats are indoor only cats, but this collar is also sorta reflective so may improve nighttime safety/visibility for outside pets :)
