This leash is the best way to walk your dog. He's a year old, still full of the dickens, but there is no problem with walking him on this. I have put him on other leashes that he struggles against. There is no way he can chewup this leash. For Zigi and me this, it appears I've solved any pulling issues. He got used to it and we both feel free. It's been dropped on cement accidently with no damage to the product.
