I had been using a 50 foot cotton leash to exercise and play with my large breed dogs up until a few weeks back when the leash snapped. Unfortunately 5/8th cotton still seems to be the standard for most of the longer leashes I've seen locally or online, so I was thrilled to finally find a wider alternative made from a more durable material. I've gotten a chance to use this leash a lot the past few weeks and I am happy to say it doesn't seem to get tangled (or knotted) like my previous cotton leash was prone to. Needless to say I am very happy with my purchase and wish I'd seen found this when I was originally in the market for a long leash!
