I ordered a large collar, but was sent a medium, which at it's longest is 19". Here it is I thought I underestimated the size of my dog's neck as opposed to actually measuring the size of the collar. I guess that's what I get for trusting the vendor. My poor dog has been suffering a very snug collar for the last five months because I thought it was my fault!
