I went through three of these with my baby corgi until I realized that they are a bad idea. They snap. Easily. Living in an urban area, this is an incredibly scary thing--chasing your dog down a busy city street with a broken leash in your hand. They also teach dogs bad behavior with the whole "the more you tug, the more leash you get" attitude.
