We love this leash system. We mainly use the waist strap and loop her regular leash on it so that she has more room to run. It looks a little dorky but it's so worth it to be able to run with our dog and not have her tugging on our hands all the time. Be careful, though, because your shirt may ride up in the back and rub against your skin.
