I got one of these collars and let me tell you, it is CHEAP quality. In fact, the package arrived DIRECTLY from China!
The only way to turn it on or off is to actually unscrew the metal prongs, pull off the rubber seal (not waterproof) and REMOVE the batteries. If you forget? Tough luck your batteries will be dead the next day. We got so annoyed dealing with this that we ditched it.
