My dog has 5 different tags on his collar, and the jingling was always an annoyance (both to us and to the dog). Not only does the Quiet Spot drastically reduce this jingling, but it keeps the tags from getting worn down so quickly, it eliminates the need to deal with the extremely frustrating split rings for each separate tag, and it makes it easier to find the relevant information on our dog's collar, should he get lost (we left his main tag with his name and our phone numbers outside of the Quiet Spot, and put his vaccine, microchip, and license tags inside it). It is easily washed with a little dish soap and warm water, and it's held up well for a few months now, which says a lot as our dog is very, very active.
