This says it is for cats over 6 lbs but that may mean full grown cats. Bella is over that weight but only 6 months old and this muzzle is too big. I have the velcro attached at the very end, can't make it any tighter and it moves around. I now only have a cat fighting the nail trimming, holding her tight, trying to keep her other claws from getting me while trying to hold the one out to clip and then having to adjust the muzzle so she can breathe.
